Short code - simple usage
Creates tabs pane from UL list
How tabs looks you have seen on all modules pages.
Tabs title can be generated automatically by attributes `data-m-title`.
Tabs links has hash-links. If in URL present hash with tab title this tab will be switched active.
<ul class="tabs" data-m-action="ul_tabs">
